SMS Terms & Conditions (2025–2026)

Sweet Comfort Creations (“we,” “our,” “us”) offers an SMS/text messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Program Description

Message frequency varies and is sent as needed.

After you send the message “STOP,” we will send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us.

If you wish to rejoin our messaging list at any time, you can sign up again through our website or by texting to opt in.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier/network operator and may be affected by device compatibility, location, or network availability.

8. Your Responsibilities

By participating, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate.
